Michelle L'amour will be teaching you how to shimmy, shake and isolate your gluteus maximus, medius and minimus. Please wear clothing that allows you to move. If your knees are sensitive, please bring a yoga mat or knee pads. We will not be on our knees for long but we will be in various positions as we try to find and isolate our backsides.

She’s the whore with a heart of liquid honey gold! Welcome to the stage… Paloma Nectar!
Paloma Nectar is a performer, designer, writer and producer who started her showgirl journey at 19 when she danced on stage at Lannie's Clocktower Cabaret. She's continued to explore dance mediums, while performing burlesque acts that blend genres, expectations, and express a strong or poignant message. She aims to engage the audience's curiosity and invite them to be present with her. Paloma produces a variety burlesque theatre show called Growth Spell that prides itself on being a container for a wide range of performance art, ritual, and immersive watching experiences.
