The Hub needs your Help!
First of all, thank you so much for your support of the Denver (and beyond) Burlesque community! I’m not a huge fan of asking for money BUT this resource has turned into a larger beast than originally anticipated, and it isn’t even to where I want it yet! I’d like to expand to include casting call boards, resource pages, a better way to showcase upcoming classes, and the ability to segment the listings to be more location specific for reader ease. But this means more time… and therefore money. Full transparency, this project is currently losing money every month since it is an itty bitty baby of a project, and I have not even begun being able to pay myself for my labor time. BUT I’m not giving up. It’s a needed resource and it simply needs to get in front of more people.
If you are able, in these uncertain times, to become a paid subscriber for $5/month, it would be most appreciated. Burlesque 101 with Sunny De'Lust will be happening right here in Greeley at the CDC studio on Thursday nights from 6-7PM starting January 16th through February 6th! Over the four weeks, you'll cover everything from the history of burlesque and movement basics to pasties and tassel twirls and character development. All levels and all bodies welcome!

The Latest Featured Denver Burlesque Performer: Anita Salsita (Part 1)!
Spicing up your night, one dance at a time. Welcome to the stage… Anita Salsita!
Anita Salsita has been setting stages ablaze since April 2023, performing across Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and beyond. Growing up on the Texas-Mexico border, she brings a fiery kick of Hispanic and Latin flair to her performances as an homage to her rich cultural heritage. Her routines sizzle with vibrant energy and a passion for storytelling through movement.
In July 2024, Anita launched Vivalesque, her own burlesque production company, which produced six successful shows in its first year. With plans to keep the spice alive into 2025, Anita is dedicated to celebrating individuality, culture, and the art of burlesque, leaving audiences craving more.
